I’m sitting here @ LAX about to head out for my 4 week adventure through Asia. I’m flying to Hong Kong today & gonna do a quick work week @ our factory in China. Here’s the “not so fun” day of travel I’ve got ahead of me:
-14hr flight to Taipei
-2hr layover
-2hr flight to Hong Kong
-12hrs @ Hong Kong airport
-1hr boat to mainland China
-2hrs straight to the SE Bikes factory in Dongguan
Easy as that! 33hrs to get to work. No sweat.
I had planned to go to Thailand & Cambodia for a side trip after this coming work week in China. But there has been some change of plans seeing as my buddy James won’t have his passport in time & won’t be able to make it. So I’m gonna be solo on the Wild Southeas Asian adventures & probably hit up Vietnam instead of Thailand. I LOVE Thailand, but I’ve been there like 7 times & I’ve never been to Vietnam. I will probably take a bike from out factory & explore Siam Reap & Phnom Phen, Cambodia & Ho Chi Min, Vietnam on my bike. I took a bike with me last year when I went to Manilla & absolutely had a blast crusing around the city.
Keep it tuned in for “Wild in Asia” #23. Ha ha…
