Robbie Miranda stopped by the other day riding this crazy Mexican Beach cruiser/Lawn Mower combination. He had just built it up and said he can get it up to 40 MPH on the highways. And because it’s actually a bike WITH pedals, there is no motorcycle laws or helmet ruling for it. I told him that he was would be pushing his luck if he rides this thing down the highway @ 40 MPH. But then he whipped out his police badge & said that he wasn’t worried. So then I said “10-4 Officer Miranda, understood….”
