I headed up to Woodward West for the Old School BMX reunion last weekend. Now this wasn’t the “show up, sit in a chair & show off your old-school bikes” type of reunion. This was more like “show up & ride your old ass off @ Woodward!” type of reunion. Ha ha. It was dope to ride with some of the OG legends from back in the day. I’ll post some pics of the old radsters on my next update as this one is set aside for Nasty…

I hadn’t hung out with Cory in YEARS! I’ve been super busy with working for SE & ever since he moved to Tehachapi (to be near Woodward), I hardly ever see him anymore. Well I drove up on Friday night & met up with him & TJ Lavin @ the local Denny’s where all the old ass waitresses knew Cory by name. Ha ha. We left there & went to the only bar in town called City Slickers. Well, the only thing that was “slick” about this place was TJ’s early departure after he saw a bunch of cowboys in there from the Wild Wild West. Ha ha. Tehachapi is WILD! I can’t believe that Cory has been able to live there for the past few years without going crazy. Well, I guess it does help that Woodward West is only 20 minutes from there. Oh, and he’s also built some monster jumps in his backyard to keep him busy. Just a few…
