Man, I swear I’ve spelled the Philippines like 80 different ways lately when I’ve been typing it. Double L? Double P? Double N? Ha. I think I’ve got it dialed in now.
So I ventured out to the local beach from Manila, at Subic Bay. Just got here today & it’s most def not a tropical paradise. Ha ha. Live & learn. And that’s one of the best things about traveling. You gotta take the good with the bad & make the most of it. All of the peeps here are for sure nice. And my hotel is RIGHT on the beach. But just not the prettiest beach in the world. I’ll post pics up on my next update as I’m with my computer at the hotel bar in the early evening & my camera is in the room. So I’m thinking of heading back to a different part of Manila tomorrow or the day after. Ah, we’ll see where the wind takes me!
